  • seaport:港口。

  • would go: used to go. 过去常去。Like used to, would refers to past customs. 与used to一样, would指过去的习惯。With would you must refer to a specific time period and frequency.用would时,指一段特定时间里常常发生的事。

  • There you go.= This is for you. 这是你们要的;你们的东西来了。When putting food or drinks on a table, a waiter might also say Here you are. 当食物或饮料端上桌时,侍者也可以说:Here you are。

  • take(her) place: act instead of or replace(her). 取代(她的)位置。
